Where are your clothes made?

All our apparel is sourced and produced by partners who meet our ethical labor and environmental standards. No shortcuts, no sweatshops.

Are the designs original?

Yes. Every design is created in partnership with U.S.-based artists. We credit all collaborators visibly and compensate them fairly through royalties or equity-based pay.

How do you ensure ethical practices?

We follow a three-part review for every product (Dignity, Context, and Narrative Tests) and uphold artist consent at every stage. We also operate under a community-led Integrity Charter and Irreversible Harm Plan.

What happens if you get something wrong?

We pause, name it publicly, invite those affected into repair, and archive the full process transparently. Harm isn’t PR - it’s legacy, and we treat it as such.

What’s the Roundtable?

The Roundtable is our co-creator community. Members help vote on designs, shape messaging, and guide our cultural direction. It’s free to join, and we listen deeply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As we are an operation partnered with Printify, our fulfillment times are typically 7–10 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

What if I need to return or exchange?

We offer free exchanges and full returns within 30 days for damaged or defective products. No guilt trips, no hidden fees - just a dignified process.

Can I contribute a design or story?

Yes. We plan to regularly feature community designs and civic stories. Join the Roundtable (coming soon) and watch for open calls, polls, and submissions.

How do you choose which voices to feature?

We center the civically engaged but culturally overlooked. Our protocol requires informed consent, the option for anonymity, and the right to revoke participation.

Is this political?

No. POP is civic - not partisan. We affirm values like empathy, dignity, and unity. We don’t pick sides - we build bridges.
